For approved return claims, ANAN-AB generally prefers to provide a replacement first rather than a refund.

 

Where ANAN-AB determines that a refund is more appropriate, a refund may be issued on a case-by-case basis.

7. Return shipping

 

If a return is approved because the product was defective, damaged, or incorrect, ANAN-AB will pay the return shipping cost.

 

If a return is approved for another reason, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

 

All approved returns must be shipped using a trackable shipping method.

Orders may not be canceled after shipment.

 

ANAN-AB does not charge a restocking fee or processing fee for eligible cancellations under this policy.
