Anti-mouse/human RORγ Recombinant Monoclonal Antibody (XM0026)

Price range: $180.00 through $480.00

Anti-mouse/human RORγ Recombinant Monoclonal Antibody (XM0026) is a high-affinity recombinant monoclonal antibody generated by phage-display selection from a mouse-derived antibody library, followed by structure-guided affinity optimization. The antibody recognizes both mouse and human RORγ through a conserved epitope (AA 106–124) located within the flexible linker between the DNA-binding domain (DBD) and ligand-binding domain (LBD) of retinoid-related orphan receptor gamma (RORγ). It has been validated by ELISA using a recombinant epitope-Fc fusion antigen, by Western blot against a recombinant MBP-epitope fusion protein, by Western blot detection of endogenous and overexpressed full-length RORγ proteins in HEK293T cell lysates, and by immunofluorescence staining of mouse lymph node tissue.

Also known as: RORg, RORγ, ROR gamma, RORC, and RAR-related orphan receptor gamma.
